Top 5 Navigation and Maps Apps in Slovakia for Q3 2023

In Q3 2023, the performance of the top navigation and maps applications in Slovakia showed varied trends across downloads, active users, and revenue. According to Sensor Tower, here are the key insights:

Google Maps maintained a relatively stable user base with weekly active users hovering around 230K. However, there was a slight decline towards the end of the quarter, dropping to approximately 219K. Weekly downloads also saw a gradual decrease from 5.4K at the start of the quarter to about 3.3K by the end of September.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic experienced an increase in weekly downloads mid-quarter, peaking at nearly 4.8K in late July, before falling to around 2.8K by the end of September. Weekly active users showed a slight increase, reaching a peak of approximately 100K in mid-August and stabilizing around 93K towards the end of the quarter.

Mapy.cz: maps & navigation demonstrated consistent performance with weekly active users around 12K. Downloads peaked at 4.6K in mid-August but saw a significant drop to about 2.4K by the end of September.

Sygic GPS Navigation & Maps showed strong revenue performance, peaking at approximately $11.2K in mid-July. Downloads saw an initial spike, reaching 3.4K in early July, but gradually decreased to around 1K by the end of the quarter. Weekly active users followed a similar trend, peaking at 5.5K in mid-July and ending the quarter at about 3.2K.

Google Earth had a relatively stable quarter with weekly active users around 7.5K. Downloads fluctuated slightly, peaking at 1.2K in mid-August before settling at around 900 by the end of September.
